National Tourist Route Lofoten runs over a total distance of 230 kilometres, from Å to Raftsundet (Euroroute 10), included side roads (county roads) to Nusfjord, Vikten, Utakleiv, Unstad, Eggum and Henningsvær.

This route can also be combined with travel on the Hurtigruten coastal liner, ferries and Euroroute 6 onwards to other National Tourist Routes.
